This document provides additional privacy disclosures for California consumers and supplements our Privacy Policy.
Annual Data Requests
The following contains statistics about California consumer data requests from January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025 and will be updated on an annual basis:

Requests are denied when we are unable to verify the identity of the requestor based on our records, when the request is duplicative of a prior request from the same subject, or when a statutory exception applies, in compliance with legal requirements. Enterprise B2B tenant deletions performed under Master Services Agreement or Data Processing Addendum obligations are not counted as verifiable consumer requests.
Sources of Verifiable Consumer Requests
Consumer requests are received through our Osano data-subject-request portal and via direct email to [email protected]. Beginning August 1, 2026, we also process California Delete Request and Opt-Out Platform (DROP) requests forwarded from the California Privacy Protection Agency on a rolling 45-day cadence, per the California Delete Act.
